1. The Print-on-Demand Model

We operate as a Print-on-Demand (POD) store. This means we do not hold inventory in a warehouse. Instead, every item you order is custom-made specifically for you after you place your order.

Sustainability: This model allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, aligning with our values of thoughtful consumption.

Fulfillment: We partner with high-quality printing providers located primarily in the United States. When you purchase an item, we route your order to the provider closest to you (or the one with the best stock availability) to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

2. Production & Shipping Times

Because your item is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping.

Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days. This is the time it takes to print, quality check, and pack your order.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days (free shipping) or 2-5 business days (fast shipping) within the US.

Split Shipments: If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a hoodie), they may be produced by different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

3. Product Representation & Colors

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However:

Screen vs. Print: Please note that the colors you see on your computer or mobile screen may differ slightly from the actual printed product due to screen brightness and calibration settings.

Mockups: Some images on our site are digital mockups designed to show you what the design looks like on the garment. While we strive for accuracy, the final print size and placement may vary slightly depending on the size of the garment ordered (e.g., a design may look smaller on a 3XL hoodie compared to a Small).

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

To fulfill your order, we must share specific details—such as your name, shipping address, and order contents—with our manufacturing partners.

We only share the information strictly necessary to produce and ship your order.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made for you, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.

Defects/Errors: If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us at abhishek@cozynerdcorner.com within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
